I plan to give birth in a hospital. I’m military but I want civilian doctors. My birth plan is that I don’t want an epidural unless I truly need it. I want it to be the last resort. I don’t mind pitocin. I want my golden hour. 30 minutes for me and 30 for dad. I don’t want a catheter unless needed. I don’t want to bathe baby until later. I want delayed cord clamping. I want to labor at home for as long as possible.

An experienced individual (5+ years) willing to entertain three small children, start and fold laundry, prep breakfast and lunch, clean/tidy around the house as needed (vacuum, wipe counters, clean bathrooms/toilets, etc.), and hold the baby so I can rest.

I wanted to reach out to learn more about your postpartum doula services and see what your availability looks like over the next few months. We’re especially interested in overnight support after the baby arrives. Since this is our first child, we would really value someone who can help us feel more confident during the newborn stage, support us with nighttime care and feeding routines, and help us understand what is normal as we adjust to life with a new baby. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who can assist with things such as soothing and settling the baby, diaper changes, bottle preparation or bringing the baby to my wife for breastfeeding, burping, helping the baby return to sleep, washing bottles or pump parts, and offering practical guidance when needed. We would also appreciate support that allows my wife to recover and both of us to get more consistent rest. We’re still figuring out exactly how many nights per week and how long we would need support, so we’d love to hear about the schedules and packages you offer. I am giving birth at Foothills Midwifery. My official due date is August 4, 2026, but I have always been early by 10-15 days. I need my insurance plan accepted which is the Community Health Plan of Washington. I want a holistic approach and full support during labor and delivery and for some time afterwards as well. I would like my spouse and 3 other children to be involved as well if possible.

I need to postpartum care. Also somebody that is educated with childbirth to be there for labor delivery. I need help with lactation consultant. I need help with baby advice and I also need help with the baby items that I can get for my insurance.
