About me

Hello everyone! My name is Sophia Seidensticker and I am a DONA Certified Birth Doula serving the Sacramento, California area. Birth is a natural process and I am fascinated and inspired by what the body can accomplish when birthing people feel safe and supported. I provide emotional, physical, and informational support to my clients so that they are empowered to make informed decisions about their health and have a positive birth experience. In my free time, I like to swim in the ocean, play board games with friends, and watch improv comedy.

Service introduction

My Birth Doula Services include prenatal visits, constant support during labor and birth, and postpartum visits. During the Prenatal visits, we will go over your options and come up with a birth plan that aligns with your goals and practice contraction management through comfort measures. I am on-call for your labor starting 3 weeks before your estimated due date up until the birth of your baby. At the postpartum visits I will provide any support you need to adjust to life as a new parent.
