Hi there, I am Tori! A wife and mother of two under 4. I’m a DONA trained doula in Norwalk, CT serving Fairfield county! I have 6 years of experience with birth and postpartum but primarily serve postpartum. I love to help my families adjust to their new addition and provide weekly or bi-weekly resets consisting of bottle washing, meal prepping, baby laundry, watching baby for mom to rest, sibling care, breastfeeding support, referrals to local mother and baby specialists as needed, and so much more! Starting at a young age, I had a passion for children and babies. When I was younger, I wanted to be a pediatrician and a mom. I followed down the medical pathway as a CNA in an Intensive Care Unit and I was able to care for a lot of people in very vulnerable moments. Through this I experienced a lot of last moments with people. After becoming pregnant in 2022 and having my son, I realized that I have a passion for assisting women through pregnancy and ultimately through labor and delivery. I decided that I was ready to take this step and turn this passion into an opportunity to serve others in the most beautiful and natural journey that we as women get to encounter. My mission as your birth doula is to support you through your natural journey from pregnancy through childbirth and into motherhood. I take a holistic approach when assisting you with reaching your goals and aim to empower you in making conscious decisions surrounding your birth. I believe that you are in total control of your decisions and support your ability to trust your intuition on what is right for you and your baby. Your body will NOT grow a baby you can't birth.

My name is Megan Mendoza, I’m a birth doula and am passionate about educating birthing people and helping them learn about their options when it comes to childbirth and postpartum. I have an incredible husband, David. Together we have two amazing and very energetic little boys Grover and August, and a sweet heart of a dog Lola. As a family we love to hike and travel as much as we can. While I was pregnant with our second (August) we traveled full time in a school bus converted into a tiny house. This is when I really found my voice to advocate for myself. Everyone thought (and told us several times!) that we were crazy for having a young toddler and expanding our family while we didn’t have a "typical" house. But I knew that it was possible and that I was going to have the birth I had dreamed about. A few months later I was able to have an empowered V-BAC birth. Through this experience I discovered my love for helping women find their own voices and to help advocate for themselves to have the empowered births they desire, whatever that may be.

She has experience working with special needs and multiples; besides being a mom herself. Her expertise lies in routine and sleep hygiene. Besides hands-on experience, Ariel also has a training course on how to identify Brachycephaly & Plagiocephaly, is a trained sleep trainer/consultant, and is a CAPPA Lactation Educator & Postpartum Doula.
