St. John’s, Fl Need CMN to bill for tricare Ideally give birth at home but not required

I plan to give birth at home in a pool with minimal interference. I cannot afford much, I would say $1500 is my budget. I would prefer a fully unmedicated birth with positional coaching. I want immediate skin to skin and breastfeeding time. I want delayed cord clamping. I do not want any vaccinations. I do need someone with qualifications in delivering.

Reasonably affordable midwife, ideally for homebirth. Extremely holistic approach, absolute bare minimum. Looking for support with high mobility, low intervention labor. Preferred experience w/cord clamping, golden hour, etc. Primarily seeking midwife who is familiar with warning signs/problem occurrences in the event that labor should be continued or moved to a hospital location. But absolutely would prefer a homebirth. First time mom. Also looking for potential breastfeeding and postpartum support, just to help get my footing. I plan to give birth at home! Possibly a water birth. I have done all natural vaginal deliveries in my previous 4 deliveries in a hospital. However each experience was uncomfortable. So my desire is to birth in the comfort of my home

I plan to have a home birth that is as unassisted as possible, I hope to find someone who allows me to have control over who is taking my labs and doing my ultrasounds, I plan to deliver at home with littler to no intervention at all as long as everything is going to plan, plan B would be to go to a hospital
