My journey has taught me the value of patience, advocacy, and meeting each family exactly where they are. I love learning new skills and continually expanding my knowledge so I can offer the best support possible. Above all, I am passionate about helping families feel confident, cared for, and empowered as they begin their own new chapter.

Express Prep Birth Class

Great option for first time parents with a limited timeframe, or for parents who have previously given birth. Duration: 3 Hours Location: From the comfort of your home. Possible Topics Include: Discussing previous birth experiences and goals for this birth. Review of the stages of labor and anatomy. Review of comfort measures and breathing techniques. Brief overview of immediate postpartum and newborn transition.

The Empowering Birth Prep

Duration: 6 hours. This time can be split up to fit your schedule best if needed. Location: From the comfort of your home. Your body already knows how to birth, your mind just needs to get out of the way. In this deep-dive session, we explore the "hidden" side of labor: the hormones that fuel progress and the positions that open the pelvis.

Labor Support: • Video Consultation • 2 In Home Prenatal Visits • 12 Hours of face to face labor support • 2 Hours of immediate postpartum care after baby’s arrival • 2 Four hour postpartum day shifts • Unlimited talk/text support • Unlimited on call support starting at 37 weeks • Evidence based research and education Postpartum Support: • Video Consultation. • Unlimited talk/text from time of signing. • 1 Prenatal Visit to develop a postpartum plan. • Partner and Sibling Support. • Infant feeding support and evidence based education.
