My passion for birth work began in 2020 during the pandemic when I was in labor with my second son. Due to restrictions, I was only allowed one support person, which meant I couldn’t have a doula by my side. Fortunately, the nurse caring for me was also a doula. The support she provided was transformative it made me realize how impactful having someone by your side can be during such a vulnerable time. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of supporting numerous families through their unique birth experiences. As your doula, my role is to provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support. I am committed to respecting your birth preferences and empowering you to make informed decisions. I advocate for a birth experience where you feel safe, heard, and fully supported.
