About me

Hi, I'm Stephanie! I'm a Milwaukee based Birth & Postpartum Doula with over 10 years of experience supporting new and growing families. My focus is providing support and education so that the choices you make are the right ones for you. I support births in hospital, birth centers, or at home! I'm very familiar with the hospitals in Milwaukee County and surrounding areas. I have experience with medicated and unmedicated vaginal birth, cesareans, VBAC/TOLAC, twins, IVF, loss, and surrogacy. In addition to Doula services, I am a trauma informed provider and certified lactation consultant. I am currently finishing my training to become a Childbirth Educator and IBCLC!

Birth Doula services include 2-3 prenatal visits to get to know each other, develop a sense of what your ideal birth is, and provide education. This also includes in-person labor support at your chosen birth location until 1-2 hours after delivery. 1-2 postpartum visits in your home during the first 6 weeks postpartum, which can be expanded based on your needs. Postpartum Doula services include weekly visits for the first 6 weeks after the arrival of your baby. I can provide infant feeding support based on your preferred methods, physical support (light housekeeping, snacks), education on bathing, sleep, routines, newborn behavior, as well as emotional support. Visits are usually 2 hours long and additional in person or virtual visits can be added at an hourly rate.
