Hi! My name is Sydney. I became a birth worker to educate, empower, and serve women as they embark on their journey to motherhood. I strive to prepare expectant moms and their partners by providing personalized doula services. Combining one-on-one support, evidence-based information and compassionate care, I serve mamas-to-be during one of the most beautiful transitions of their lives.

Service introduction

By providing informational, physical and emotional support my goal is for you to feel confident, comfortable and calm as you head into labor and birth. I provide a free consultation, 2 prenatal visits, continuous labor and birth support, and 1 postpartum visit. I am also a certified prenatal yoga instructor and offer that as an added service to my birth package!
