I plan to give birth at NYU with Downtown Women. We are hoping to find doula covered by our insurance Blue Cross Blue Shield but if there are additional services requiring payment that is also ok. This is my first time pregnancy and I don’t have a plan for delivery yet.

I’m planning to deliver at NY Presbyterian 168th Street. Our budget is up to $2,000. It’s important for me to deliver naturally without epidural. I want the optimal cord clamping, skin-to-skin, no vit K, no eye ointments, no vaccines right after birth. I would like to change positions during labor. I would like the doula to instruct me on breathing techniques before I go into labor and also see us after I give birth to show the basics of a newborn care. I’m 34 years old, speak English and Polish. My husband is 36 and of Caribbean descent.

Looking for experienced IBCLC to evaluate, assist, instruct, set up breast feeding. Horizon nj health through nj family care. Struggled with supply and pumping in 2 previous births. I’m planning to give birth at New York Presbyterian lower Manhattan. I am looking for a birth doula and a laceration consultant for a few sessions of support after my birth. I am also interested in postpartum doula support in the first month after birth to help me learn to care for my infant and help me heal since this is my first child.

I am a trans man. I am seeking a birth doula who is invested in supporting trans pregnancy and the many complications of experiencing dysphoria in pregnancy, and supporting my needs as a trans parent through the birthing process. Additionally, I have hypertension and rheumatoid arthritis, and persistent proteinuria and am seeing a high risk doctor for my birth. I would like to have a non-c-section in the hospital setting with my MFM practice, and be supported in my needs as a gestational parent and birthing person. Also I would like a doula who is equipped to support my wife as non-gestational parent and new queer parents. We have dealt with loss (she had an early miscarriage when we TTC'd earlier in life) and this has impacted my experience of pregnancy as well. I plan to give birth at NYU Langone. Our estimated budget for a doula is $2500, but we are just starting this journey and are open to alternatives.

(BSD Birthing center) My estimate budget is $1, 000-4,000 My birthing plan is to pre-labor at home until I’m about ready to give birth in Which I’ll go to the Birthing center. They have a tub which I’d like to use for the birth. I’m looking for someone who can educate me on birthing positions, tips, and be there for the prenatal into my postpartum journey

I'm hoping to give birth at home in a relaxed setting, likely with only my husband present. I am looking for a midwife (ideally CNM) for my pregnancy as well as the delivery of my baby. I also would love to have a post party doula who will handle meals, laundry, assist with night feeds and changes etc.

Want to be able to be free from any hospital restrictions of movement, would consider a birthing center as top option. Dear Pippa, My husband Sam and I are expecting our second child in mid September of this year. Sam will take off one week to ten days for paternity leave and then another week or so later in the year. We have a two year old son (Hugo) who will be in school from 8:30 to 1:30 Monday through Friday. I would like to speak with you about our specific needs, but I think it would be something like three days for five hours in the first week I’m home from the hospital, five days for five hours the next week, and then maybe two or three days for four hours the week after that.
