My name is Courtney Moore Rodriguez. I am a certified lactation educator (CLE), certified postpartum doula (CPD), and certified infant and family sleep specialist (IFSS). I am here to support your family in person (within the Denver metro area) and/or virtually…from the time you find out you’re expecting, through your baby’s first birthday. In those first few weeks and months, it can be hard to ask for help. I am a strong believer in helping families to help themselves (with a good amount of time for rest and self care thrown in too). Rather than taking care of your baby for you, I make sure that you have the skills, knowledge, and rest to do it on your own. I am Cassandra, a Doula and Birth Photographer. I am a mom of 4, wife to a military veteran and a native to Aurora Colorado. Growing up, I have only lived in one home until the year I met my husband. I began this doula journey after the birth of my son. Finding a birthing center that provided a doula was the most amazing experience I could have asked for. After that experience, I knew I wanted to be that strength and support for all other birthing people and military personnel. I am excited to be your support, knowledge, and strength with you and be able to photograph your journey. Sarah began her journey into postpartum doula practice in 2014 through Birth Arts International and has since continued her education, becoming certified in Infant/Adult CPR and as a baby-wearing technician. She regularly attends workshops to ensure that she provides her clients with the most current and comprehensive support available. Growing up with a brother who has a non-verbal disability, Sarah learned from an early age to intuitively read and respond to unspoken needs. Witnessing her mother's nurturing care and trusting her own instincts have shaped Sarah's approach to providing compassionate, intuitive support to families, especially those who may struggle to express their needs. Her passion for newborn care, sparked by her personal experience as a mother of two, drives her work. Sarah offers services ranging from breastfeeding support to establishing sleep routines, helping parents feel confident and empowered in their journey with a new baby. The "village" of support she had after her children's births inspired her to offer others the same level of care and guidance. Outside of her work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband and children, walking the family dogs, cooking, staying involved in her children's school, and traveling.

I have 2 Children, one is 20, and the other one is almost 16. My greatest gift has been a mom for them. I love to connect birthing families with resources, educate them and get them ready to have a calm and beautiful experience in the birth of their children. As a mom, I went through a lot myself, felt so lonely in the process and I don’t want anyone to feel the same I felt.
