I am so happy we found Dacia! As a first time mama, I really wanted to work with a doula that would help me confidently navigate labor, delivery, and the different scenarios (and decision points) we might encounter while delivering at the hospital. Dacia was such a positive part of our journey - from the minute we first met, I felt comfortable and supported by her. She was communicative and shared information and resources leading up to our birth, and made sure to address any questions and concerns my partner and I had. Dacia was calm and reassuring while we were laboring, providing physical and emotional support to me and my partner and helped me think through decisions as our birth progressed. Her calm demeanor and positive, compassionate attitude was such an important part of our big day. I'd recommend working with Dacia to anyone considering a doula!

Dacia was my doula for the birth of my son on December 2, 2023. I truly don’t think I would have been able to accomplish the natural birth of my dreams without her support. She was such a good resource when I needed to make hard decisions during the pregnancy and she never left my side for one second during my labor. She brought so many tools and suggestions to help make me more comfortable, but most of all she had confidence in me and provided the validation I needed to achieve the birth of my dreams. It was important for me to find someone I could feel really comfortable around since birth is such a vulnerable process. I interviewed 4 other doulas before I found her and knew it was the right match right away. Talking to her is easy, she’s non judgmental, so I felt comfortable being honest and being myself. Her own birth experience makes her extremely well versed in various different ways to give birth and outcomes. I loved that she could bring all these different perspectives to the conversation. I would highly recommend using her for your birth and if all the stars align I plan to use her again to support me in future births.
