Hello! My name is Tiffany and I'm originally from Saskatchewan. I'm now located close to Surrey\Langley but serve surrounding areas as well I am a Doula School Canada trained full spectrum doula (birth\ postpartum doula, fertility Doula and infant and pregnancy loss supporter) currently working towards my certification. The one thing that stuck out for me so much was going back in time and realizing Doula’s have always been around! They were mothers, sisters, friends, aunts, grandmothers and communities. Doulas are support, they are there for YOU. They are your advocates, your comfort, your guide and the one beside you rooting for you. As a Doula, my priority is for you to feel supported and empowered throughout any stage your at. Everyone’s journey through fertility, birth, postpartum or loss will look very different. Whether you have a big support system helping you or your rocking it solo, I’ll be there to help you and your support people make informed decisions. I’m all-inclusive so however you identify, or whoever your family is, is always welcome! Being apart of any of this journey with you is special and I will never judge you for any decisions. Whichever path you choose or your taking, I’ll always come with an open ear, a calm presence, a non-judgmental view to support and help you get the knowledge you need. Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Fertility Doula Package

Includes monthly meetings and continuous support through text and email. Fertility issues can mean so many things. The fertility package offers information and support to better understanding what your going through. ~Getting to know your cycle, what each stage means and what your body is telling you. ~Learn how to chart your cycle and decipher it. ~Information on birth control. Benefits and side effects of each. ~Go through your IVF journey, providing you with information and support. *Flat rate is per month*

Birth Doula Package

~Free 30 minute consultation: Get to know each other, go over basic info. ~1-2 prenatal visits (1-2hrs): Go over birth plan and your hopes for that day. Go over positions, breath work and pain management. Talk about postnatal and plans with chest\breast feeding. Newborn care. When to call me to come in and how to handle early labor. Go over any resources or information you may need. ~1~2 postpartum visits(1-2hrs): Debrief on birth, education on any newborn care, support with chest\breast feeding. Go over postpartum care for baby and you. Go over sleep plans. ~ Unlimited support via call\text\email 24\7 from 38 weeks to due date(or induction date) and 2 weeks after birth. ~Unwavering labor support. I will be available virtually throughout early labor until you feel like you need extra support. Continue to be by your side until the birth and then until you are settled in with baby and a meal is on the way. ~In the case of a cesarean I will stay before and after surgery until you are settled. Usually only one person is allowed in the room, if you don’t have a support person or your support person isn’t able to join you, I will be there with you( if you want me to and hospital permitting).

Postpartum Package

~Help with household duties: Laundry, dishes, light food prep, picking up groceries, sweeping\mopping floors, garbage’s and anything else you may need. ~Help with baby needs while you nap or do other things: diaper changes, baths, feeding\chest\breast feeding, holding, swaddling and ect. ~I’m here to make the transition into parenthood a little easier. Every family is different and I’ll adapt your needs into what I can do to help. May be walking a dog or helping with other children in the home. Depending on the time you book well go over what you need help with the most and what’s not so important in case I can’t get it done in the time allotted. (Without add on, light food prep will be basic\quick meals in larger batches to make sure your still eating tasty food but getting more of other household duties done) As a trained chef with 14 years experience I’m adding an additional add-on: Rate plus $10\hr day or night ~Depending on the time you book, well come up with a meal plan curated to you which will be discussed in a prenatal visit. Grocery list will also be discussed and your budget for that. ~It will include the duties you want done the most (more if times available), plus two meals\day per family member for either the day I’m there or the next day. ~Bonus: I’m also a trained bakery and pastry chef so sweets and breads are on the list if your wanting😊 *Rate is $40\hour for days and $45\hour for nights

What to expect

I offer support from Fertility (whether your trying to achieve pregnancy or avoid it). Through cycle charting, understanding your hormones and cycle, support through ART and learning when to conceive at the right time for your body, ect. To unwavering, non-judgmental support through birth and postpartum. This will look completely different to every couple\family as birth is unpredictable. I'll offer emotional, physical, informational and partner support. We will do our best to make sure your wishes are heard by the birthing team. After birth I offer postpartum care to help your family settle into your new role. Finally I offer support through infant and pregnancy loss. This could be from the first few weeks of pregnancy, stillbirths or postnatal deaths. I can\will offer a sliding scale to help meet you where you can afford. Everyone should have access to birth support.

As a new mom, my husband and I didn’t have any family nearby, so I had many questions and felt unsure about what to expect after my pregnancy. Tiffany was a helpful resource before, during, and after the birth. With so many things I didn’t know and no one to guide me, Tiffany stayed with us and was always friendly, dependable and easy to talk to. She offered kind support and helpful advice for all my questions. Our baby also felt very comfortable with her, which made our transition to life with a new baby much easier. We are very thankful for Tiffany’s help as our doula. Having her around at such an important time meant a lot to our family. Even months after the baby was born, she continued to be a caring and dependable presence, and our little one has grown to love her.

My wife and I had a very positive experience with Tiffany, first as our doula and later as a babysitter. During the doula phase, she was thoughtful, calm, and very attentive to what we needed. She never pushed her own agenda and took the time to listen and explain things clearly, which made the entire experience feel steady and reassuring. Her presence alone brought a sense of calm during moments that can otherwise feel overwhelming. Months later, when she supported us as a babysitter, that same level of care and reliability carried through. She was organized, dependable, and very gentle with our child. Communication was always clear, and we felt comfortable and confident leaving our little one in her care. It’s not easy to trust someone during such personal stages of life, but she handled both roles with professionalism and genuine care. We would not hesitate to recommend her to other families.
