About me

My Name is Tona, and I am passionate about the sacred rhythms of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I have always been drawn to the path of supporting women and birth, and when the idea of a doula was introduced to me many years ago, I knew that it was my calling. There is nothing that lights me up more than being in the birth space with a woman and holding her through this beautiful, raw and powerful initiation. As your doula, I tend to you as a sister, a friend, a mother and a space holder. My mission is to hold you like the village would have held us all.

Service introduction

My job as a doula is to be your sister who walks this path with you, no matter where it takes us. I offer birth doula services, postpartum doula day shifts, overnight shifts, and a postpartum meal service.

Overnight Doula Support
- Check-in's with the parents on how the baby(ies) is doing - Light housework (laundry, dishes, bottle cleaning and reset) - Feeding, diaper changing and tending to the baby throughout the night - Minimum of 8 hours, Max 10

A Celebrated Mama (Birth Doula)
Phone and email support from the first to the last visit On call availability, 24/7 three weeks before your due date until delivery Guaranteed back-up Three prenatal visits Continuous support during labor and delivery Immediate postpartum care for up to two hours at your place of birth Three postpartum visits, four hours each. Any additional postpartum shifts (including overnight) can be added if chosen. Access to microcurrent frequency device throughout working relationship
