About Tracey
I am a birth doula who is trained in birth doula work and lactation support under Atoosa Benji and is currently completing certification with DONA International. I believe every person deserves to feel supported, informed, and respected as they bring a baby into the world. I provide steady, nonjudgmental support during pregnancy, labor, and the early postpartum days. She offers comfort measures like massage, breathing techniques, and positioning suggestions. I also help families understand their options and speak up for their preferences, working alongside nurses, midwives, and physicians as part of the care team. My lactation training lets me support families with feeding after the baby arrives, from the first latch to the questions that come up in the days that follow. I do not replace medical care or make decisions for you. My role is to help you feel confident, cared for, and not alone. If you’re looking for a doula who is calm, compassionate, and fully present, I would love to hear from you.
