I am a 20 year old who is currently still working on her doula certification while doing school, I am also getting training on breastfeeding counseling, childbirth education, perinatal nutrition, and pregnancy yoga! I've always had a huge interest in women's health (specifically our mental health as well as birth and postpartum) and get along great with babies and children in general so moms who are also interested in involving their kids with their birth definitely have a welcoming space here! My journey to becoming a doula began when I was present for my niece’s birth in 2008. I was deeply moved and in awe of the process of birth. In 2018, I attended my first Doula training and went on to certify as a Full Spectrum Doula in 2020. I began my work as a birth doula, volunteering for a community organization in Austin. In 2023, I moved to Seattle where I focused exclusively on providing postpartum care. I worked as a postpartum doula through an agency, Seattle Doulas, and then worked for Swedish Hospital Doula Program. I have now relocated to Tucson, Arizona.
