I've been supporting families in the prenatal, birth and postpartum period for over 15 years. I currently work primarily as a lactation consultant, but I'm also a Registered Nurse, Certified Doula- Postpartum and Infant Care and Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator. I do lactation home visits and postpartum doula support in the Pittsburgh area. I specialize in supporting families from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ families, international families and families of all configurations and backgrounds. I love learning about languages and cultures as well as helping families learn to understand their babies' language and development. I also support families with sleep questions via Holistic Sleep Coaching methods.

Hi!!! My name is Megan Weimer and I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and the founder of Love & Leche Lactation, serving families in southern Chester County, PA and the surrounding tri-state area. I support families through prenatal and postpartum feeding with a calm, practical, and evidence-based approach. With a background in Industrial Engineering, I bring a problem-solving mindset to lactation care, helping parents understand not just what is happening with feeding, but why. As both an IBCLC and a parent of two whom I breastfed, I understand how personal and emotional feeding can be. Birth is an experience that most women never forget in their lives. As a mother myself I reflect on my commencement from just being a young adult to becoming a Mother. In reflection I remember every single individual that was involved in not just my labor but my education, comfortability, and exciting changes. I remember feeling so excited but more importantly, so ready. That confidence and clarity as a first time mother is what I want for every woman. As a Doula, it is my passion to teach, encourage and care for the mothers in my care just as my family did for me. My name is Curryn Kelley and I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Registered Nurse. I have been a Registered Nurse since 2017 and spent most of my nursing career caring for children and families in a variety of setting. Children and babies have always been my passion and I fell in love with breastfeeding and lactation while working in a pediatric practice. I now work full time as an IBCLC and love it! I started an inclusive practice and strive to provide culturally sensitive, trauma informed care to all of my clients. I am inclusive of all communities, colors and beliefs and supportive of LGBTQIA+. I aim to meet you where you are and support your breastfeeding/chestfeeding goals whatever they may be.

I offer both in home and in an office setting along with virtual opportunities to work with me. The conversation may start around breastfeeding but it does not end there. Dynamic movement is foundational to breastfeeding. During our visit, I will be helping you learn how to help your baby to move, which can often leach into helping mom learn how to move as well. While many of my clients are concerned with how baby’s mouth is working, I see oral function as the tip of the iceberg. We need to work from the ground level up to get lasting results. We look into what kind of support mothers need to thrive during postpartum. A mother’s health and vibrancy is reflected back by her baby. So to help a newborn that is struggling, we need to support that newborn’s mother. We talk about nutrients mothers need to support themselves and a robust milk supply and how nurture the essential nutrient of rest during a physically and emotionally demanding season. While our goal is address any feeding concerns your family is experiencing, we work from a wide lenses to ensure we are building a lasting foundation.

I graduated from Cambridge Institute of Allied Health and Technology with a certificate in practical nursing. I have an Associate's Degree in Nutrition from Harrisburg Area Community College. I recently graduated from National Louis University with a Bachelor’s degree in Maternal Child Health and Human Lactation. I have also passed my boards to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I am currently offering prenatal and postpartum lactation services. No need to leave your home. Liz is an Registered Nurse, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant and Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) trained body worker who has over 10 years of experience working with newborns and their families. Her unique perspective on family centered care comes from a compilation of knowledge that she gained by working in a Level III NICU, as a postpartum doula, as a lactation consultant and a body worker. Her philosophy is that every family should feel they are thriving, not just surviving, the adjustment to adding a new baby to the family. While a lot of her time is focused on the first three months after delivery, her support can span years as the family unit is ever evolving. Her specialties include oral function, assessment for oral restriction (aka lip/tongue ties), tension release with CFT, post NICU graduates, multiples, and medically complex infants. The most important factors that drive the care you will receive from Liz are 1) what are you goals as a family and 2) what is the root cause of any struggle you are experiencing. There will be no band-aid fixes provided and nothing short of comprehensive care provided. It would be an honor to be included in your postpartum journey!

I was born & raised in New York, attended Fordham University at Rose Hill, Bronx NY and Ross University Medical School, where I completed my Pediatrics residency at Flushing Hospital Medical Center, Bronx NY. Although I loved helping children and young adults of all ages, I always gravitated towards newborns. Breastfeeding moms and babies often don't get the care and attention they need to thrive. So after careful consideration, I realized I could have a positive impact on newborns as a Lactation Consultant. As an IBCLC, I am well equipped to provide newborns, moms & their families with comprehensive breastfeeding support services, while still working in medical field.

My name is Jill Wilson. I have been an IBCLC for over 12 years, helping parents navigate breastfeeding challenges with warmth and expertise. I can provide both virtual and home consultations, supporting issues like latch pain, weight concerns, low supply, or multiples. My goal is to support parents with compassionate and judgment-free lactation support or prenatal education to prepare for feeding success.

After 36 years as an RN & IBCLC Lactation Consultant in the hospital in Maternal Child units I retired to focus on the mothers and babies in my community & my family. I have received TOTs certification (Tethered oral tissues) Tongue and lip ties have become my specialty. Mastitis and clogged ducts treatment, breastfeeding multiples & pumping care is also very important. I do in home and virtual consultations. I work with The Lactation Network to assist patients in getting their consultation covered by the patient’s insurance. Also, a private pay scale is available.
