At Awet Wellness, I work with mothers at every stage and through every transition, from those planning for postpartum to those navigating life with older children. My postpartum doula care focuses on your recovery and well-being, not just the baby. You'll receive hands-on support that allows you to actually rest and heal. I provide help with infant care so you can sleep, nourishment that supports your physical restoration, emotional processing in a safe space, and practical guidance on newborn care that builds your confidence rather than undermining it.
