The cost of a night nanny in Weston, FL can be influenced by several factors:

  • Experience and Qualifications

Nannies with extensive experience, certifications (e.g., newborn care specialist), or specific training often charge higher rates.

  • Number of Babies

Caring for twins or multiples typically costs more than caring for a single baby due to the increased workload.

  • Hours and Duration

Rates may vary depending on the number of hours per night, the total number of nights required, and whether the arrangement is short-term or long-term.

  • Duties and Responsibilities

Additional responsibilities, such as bottle preparation, light housekeeping, or sleep training, can increase the cost.

  • Time of Year

Demand during peak times, like the holiday season, may drive prices higher.

  • Agency Fees

Hiring through an agency often includes placement fees or additional charges for their services, adding to the overall cost.

  • Overnight Rates vs. Hourly Rates

Some nannies charge a flat overnight rate, while others charge hourly, which can influence costs depending on the length of the shift.

When considering hiring a night nanny in Weston, FL, it's advisable to research and interview several night nannies to find one who aligns with your preferences, needs, and budget. During consultations, you can discuss their specific services and pricing structure to ensure you have a clear understanding of what is included and the associated costs. This process will help you find a night nanny who meets your needs and fits within your budget.

I can't explain how much having amber as my postpartum doula completely changed my postpartum experience (and my family's ). With my second child we decided to get a postpartum doula because after my first child I had a really difficult time. We now call her our angel. She anticipated what me and my family needed. Offering without imposing. Helping with anything we needed and more. Everyone in my family loves her and she became like part of our family. I can't recommend her enough. She's knowledgeable and kind. I trust her so much and I can't thank her enough.

I cannot recommend Inara Arauz enough! From the moment she became part of our journey, she brought so much warmth, compassion, and reassurance during both my birth and postpartum experience. As my birth doula, Inara was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and calming. She helped me feel informed, empowered, and cared for every step of the way. Her presence made such a meaningful difference during one of the most important moments of my life. As my postpartum doula, Inara continued to go above and beyond. She was so sweet, kind, and unbelievably patient with my baby girl. Watching the love and gentle care she showed my daughter gave me so much peace of mind and allowed me to rest knowing she was in the very best hands. She also offered encouragement, guidance, and support when I needed it most as a new mom. I also want to give a special thank you to Laila, who cared for us as my postpartum doula on several nights. She was equally kind, compassionate, and attentive, and I always felt confident leaving my baby girl in her care. Her calm presence and genuine love for babies made those nights so much easier for our family. Both Inara and Laila have hearts of gold, and I am forever grateful for everything they did for our family. If you’re looking for a birth or postpartum doula who is experienced, caring, and truly passionate about what they do, I wholeheartedly recommend them. They made such a positive impact on our lives, and we will always cherish the support they gave us during this special time.

Alejandra Latorre

Packages from $2,150

I believe birth is a sacred, God-given gift—a natural, physiological process that reflects the original design of women and babies: women are capable of giving birth, and babies know how to be born. My name is Monica Alejandra Latorre, and I am deeply passionate about women’s wellness, birth, and motherhood. As a traditional, faith-based birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, newborn care specialist, and fertility awareness educator, I bring over nine years of experience walking alongside women and families through life’s most tender transitions. My vocation is to mother the mother: supporting women as they reconnect with their innate feminine wisdom, dignity, and God-given strength. I believe birth is a holy rite of passage, and it is a profound honor to serve women and their families in these sacred spaces. With deep reverence, I offer my presence, guidance, and resources so that each mother feels supported, informed, and confident as she moves through her unique journey. It is a privilege to be invited into a mother’s birth story, to hold space with tenderness, and to walk alongside her through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My deepest hope is that every mother I serve finds her voice, trusts her intuition, and feels deeply connected to her body, her birth, and her baby.

Alejandra is fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable, kind, and warm. She was the perfect person to guide my husband and I during such an important and intimate chapter of our lives. Bilingual and didnt skip a beat. She knew the hospital, our OB, and got along great with the nurses - she was the perfect liaison for when we needed one. It was important for me to have someone of the Catholic faith guide me during such a life chaning moment and she was exactly what I was looking for. After interviewing over 15 Doulas, I knew Alejandra was the one the minute we finished our initial consultation. She exceeded our expectations and overdelivered. I most certainly will be using her services again for our next baby!

Mayra Zambrano

Hello families My name is Mayra, and my work has become one of the greatest joys of my life. I bring genuine and professional care, ensuring your baby is always in loving, safe, and nurturing hands. Caring for newborns isn’t just something I do; it’s something I genuinely love. For years I’ve worked with children, and the past years I’ve dedicated myself to newborn care where I discovered the joy, purpose, and tenderness that this work brings into my life. Every baby I’ve cared for has left a special memory with me. When I enter a home, my goal is simple: support your family in the way that feels right for you. I listen closely, respect your routines and preferences, and make sure your baby receives gentle, safe, and developmentally supportive care at all times. I love playing, singing, tummy time, using black-and-white contrast cards, and interacting with babies in every way—it’s truly my pleasure. I ensure that not only is your baby in safe, loving hands, but also that their stimulation and development are thoughtfully supported and nurtured. It brings me so much joy to see babies reach each milestone in their development. I’m a young, energetic, and deeply nurturing caregiver. I pour my whole heart into providing warmth, patience, and reliability so you feel secure knowing that your baby is in loving and caring hands. 👋🏼 Welcome. So, you want to learn more about me, my energy, and the services I offer. My journey into birth work has been a long, winding path with many twists and turns. I My formal education was in designing therapeutic environments for children’s hospitals, studying how physical spaces impact healing, safety, and the nervous system. Over time, that work led me somewhere deeper, into the thresholds of birth, death and rebirth. Today, I am in private practice, Aspired Mother, where I offer birth and mother-centered postpartum care services rooted in both modern understanding and time-honored maternal care traditions. For birth preparation, my focus is on strengthening the mind-body connection so you can access efficient, instinctive movement and nervous system regulation during labor. Birth is not something we force, it’s something the body remembers when it feels safe and supported. Through somatic awareness, alignment, and practical preparation, I help you build confidence in your body’s innate design. For postpartum, my Ayurvedic approach extends the midwifery model beyond birth, protecting your long-term recovery and wellbeing. The early weeks after delivery are not just about surviving, they are foundational to your hormonal balance, energy, and emotional health for years to come. Through nourishment, warmth, rest, and hands-on support, I stabilize and restore you at your core. I also facilitate meaningful gatherings and transition support, such as Mother Blessings, Closing of the Bones and postpartum integration sessions , for women who wish to honor this threshold in a grounded and personal way. At the heart of my philosophy is this: Childbirth is not simply medical event. It is a formative life experience. And when a mother is deeply prepared, supported, and protected, the entire family benefits. So, whether you are planning a home birth, birth center experience, or hospital delivery, I believe in shared decision-making, informed choices, and honoring your autonomy every step of the way. I’m here to support you , not to lead you. Not to override you, but to walk beside you. 💛

Paulette ReeseHart is a Birth and Postpartum Doula, who firmly believes in listening to what your body is telling you. As she loves to say, “no one knows your body like you”. I am currently completing her Bachelors in Human Services, has been married for 25 years, and is the mother of four beautiful children. Her children bring her endless joy and happiness. Every birth is different, every birthing individual is as well; my honor is to help the end goal be the same by providing the best care possible.

First I would like to say thank you. We decided to hire Mrs. Paulette ReeseHart as our Doula for the home birth of our first child. Mrs. ReeseHart was very professional, she treated myself and my fiancé like family to her. Mrs.ReeseHart has amazing and encouraging energy. She helped my fiance stick with her birth plans and supported her decisions. We couldn’t have asked for someone more perfect. During labor, it sometime became very tiring however you wouldn’t know it if Mrs ReeseHart had anything to do with it. She was right there with encouraging quotes, prayers and her presence. She’s not only a great Doula but a wonderful person all around. Even days after birth the family treatment and love didn’t stop. Mrs. ReeseHart called, texted and even visit to assist us with anything we needed. She even assisted with cleanup of the environment we have. Anything to make our journey smooth, Mrs.ReeseHart assisted. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a DOULA. You will not regret it……… To Mrs.ReeseHart we will be forever indebted to you.

From our very first visit, I knew I was in the best hands. Throughout my entire pregnancy, she was such a steady, comforting presence. Her energy is warm, calming, and genuine, it felt so easy to connect with her right away. During my pregnancy, there were multiple times when I felt pressure from my doctors to move toward a cesarean for multiple reasons. In those moments, she reminded me of my strength and what my body was created to do. She never dismissed my concerns, but instead grounded me, educated me, and helped me feel confident in advocating for the birth I wanted. She fully supported my desire to go natural and empowered me to trust myself. When it came time for my birth, she was an incredible advocate. Having her there made all the difference. She supported not just me physically, but emotionally and mentally making sure my voice was heard and my wishes were respected. I felt protected, encouraged, and deeply supported every step of the way. Choosing her as my doula was one of the best decisions I made during my pregnancy. I truly cannot imagine what my journey would have been like without her. If you are looking for someone who will wholeheartedly support you, remind you of your strength, and stand by you in every sense of the word, she is the one.

As a Professional Nanny/Infant Care Specialist ICS for over 15 years to many children and households the experience I’ve obtained has helped mold me into a flexible and quick thinking professional. I am confident that you’ll agree that my skill set and experience will impact families in a positive manner. I look forward to the opportunity to continue to discuss a future partnership with you. I love working with children ages newborn to 13 years old. In the last 10 years I’ve worked for HNW clients and have cultivated the professional aspect of being a childcare provider. Being a Nanny isn’t just a job for me, it’s a passion of mine which is why I’ve done it for so many years and I’ve gone back to school to keep my skills and knowledge current as any new courses or certifications become available. I’ve experienced some of the most exciting times while traveling with clients for work or leisure while caring for their children. Providing peace of mind and support for families during travel is something I’m comfortable doing and can confidently say I feel I’m capable of. Although not always a piece of cake it can always be turned into a great experience. Being a Nanny has so many aspects to it and can be rewarding in many different ways. I would have to say I have a true passion for Infant care, which is why I’ve specialized specifically in this age group as an overnight infant care specialist the last few years. I have a love for the tender nature of this type of care that I’m able to give in such a stoic time as the newborn stage offers. As we know, that time is short lived. As one of my favorite quotes by Gretchen Rubin says, ‘the days are long but the years are short’ and I’ve come to know the true honor and pleasure of being given the opportunity to partake in the life of a little human being. Helping to guide, mold, and nurture the development of a child is not just a job for me. I don’t take that privilege of being welcomed into a family’s private home, trusted with the most important person in their life lightly. Being part of those precious early days is a gift. As developmental milestones are met the type of care does too change. From caring for a newborn I’ll quickly then find myself introducing babies to first foods, and it is something that I pride myself in assisting with, from grocery list to full meal prep. My experience as a preschool/kindergarten teacher has helped me understand and grow my knowledge of how to provide toddlers to school age children the accessibility to expand their interests and perspectives while enriching their ideas while doing life. I’m confident that you’ll agree that my experience and knowledge makes me a good candidate for the position available.
