I will be having the baby at New York presbyterian Hospital, Queens, New York. My budget goes up to roughly $ 1500. My plan is to have the baby earlier than I expected due date however, I do want the birth to come naturally.

We are a first-time parents family expecting a baby boy in early January 2027, living in Long Island City (LIC), NY. We are currently looking for a professional and experienced Nighttime Postpartum Doula to help us navigate the first few weeks with our newborn.

We are in Long Island City and are looking for a practical, evidence-based postpartum professional for recurring overnight newborn support, ideally around 10 p.m.–8 a.m. or another 10-hour window, beginning shortly after birth and continuing for roughly 4–8 weeks. We are looking for hands-on newborn care, feeding/pump/bottle support, soothing, diapering, safe-sleep knowledge, and clear handoff notes in the morning. We also strongly prefer someone comfortable with baby laundry, washing bottles and pump parts, light tidying/kitchen reset, simple meal prep, and keeping baby supplies organized. Hello! We are pregnant with our first child and I am really interested in having a Doula. I am a patient at Oula seeing their team of midwives and plan to deliver at Mount Sinai West. I live in Astoria, Queens. I am hopeful to have an unmedicated, natural birth and would like to learn as many breathing, movement, push positions, etc as possible to help achieve this goal. I am currently on Anthem BCBS Medicaid as a graduate student and have a tighter budget, but understand the importance of the care and knowledge that doulas provide.

Hello, I am a second time mom but first time wanting to exclusively breastfeeding. Baby was born and latched really well, my milk came in within three days and all was well, day four my nipples were really painful, it hurt at the touch and to feed my son, but pushed through. For two days my pediatrician did recommend substituting formula because of belliruben levels. So bottle was introduced but since those two days I have been trying to get my son back to fully breastfeeding. I try to stay away from the bottle, but night time I realized that my son cries at my breast and won’t want to latch and begins to cry. So at most he only has one or two bottle feeds, which I’d like to drop.When being bottle feed I do use my pumped milk. On top of that I recently have been diagnosed with mastitis which has severely impacted my confidence with breastfeeding. Breastfeeding is something I really want to do for as long as I can, but I do have questions and know that with guidance I can get to my goal. Thank you.

First baby. Giving birth at NYU Langone, hope to give vaginal birth, my budget is $2,000-$2500

I'm due on Jan. 14, 2027. We live in Park Slope, go to Downtown Women OBGYN and we're planning to deliver at NYU in Manhattan. Looking for United in-network doulas pricing around $2,500 - especially for pushing help.

We are expecting twin boys in December and are looking for an experienced postpartum doula or newborn care specialist for overnight support in Manhattan. Ideally, we would like help 4–5 nights per week, approximately 10–12 hours per night, for the first 1-2 months after delivery. We are specifically looking for someone with strong newborn experience, preferably someone who has cared for twins overnight independently. Support would include feeding, burping, diaper changes, soothing, bottle washing/preparation, and helping establish a safe sleep routine so that my husband and I can get some rest. Experience with premature or early-term babies would be a plus. CPR certification and references are preferred. We are flexible on the exact schedule and would love to discuss availability, experience with twins, and rates. Japanese-speaking would be a plus, but is not required.
