Hi, I’m Arielle, a birth and postpartum doula dedicated to helping families feel informed, supported, and confident throughout pregnancy, birth, and the early weeks with their new baby. For over 13 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting families through a wide variety of birth preferences. My role is to provide calm, continuous support while offering evidence-based information, emotional reassurance, physical comfort measures, and unwavering advocacy for your preferences and goals. As your birth doula, I work alongside your medical team to help you navigate labor with confidence, encourage informed decision-making, and create a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. My support doesn’t end at birth. As a postpartum doula, I help families transition into life with a new baby by providing newborn care guidance, breastfeeding and lactation support, emotional support, practical assistance, and evidence-based education to help you recover, rest, and adjust with confidence. My approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and individualized because every family deserves support that reflects their unique needs and values. Whether you’re welcoming your first baby or adding to your growing family, my goal is to help you feel nurtured, prepared, and never alone throughout your journey. It would be an honor to walk alongside you during this extraordinary season of life.

I honestly can't recommend Arielle enough!! She always made me feel like my birth was about me and what I wanted, never what anyone else thought it should look like. She took the time to explain my options and answer every question and gave me the confidence to advocate for myself that I really needed lol. There were a few times my doctors recommended things that I probably would have just gone along with because I didn't know I had other options or that it was okay to ask more questions. Having her there to be able to call and txt whenever made such a difference. She helped me understand my choices without ever telling me what to do, so every decision still felt like it was mine. Because of her I was able to have the quick unmedicated birth that my doctor said probably wasn't going to happen!! She always met me where I was, worked at my pace, and supported me every step of the way! I'm so grateful she was part of my birth my experience would have not been the same without her! She even provided support for my husband in the delivery room and told him to hold my leg which in the moment he did not want to do and now it's a highlight for him hes so grateful she was there too! Amazing personality you'll want to be best friends with her no problem!! She is an PHENOMENAL mama herself too!

I’m a community-based birth worker and maternal health advocate with a deep commitment to supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey with care that is informed, calm, and centered on dignity. My work is rooted in both lived experience and years of supporting families through community initiatives focused on maternal wellness and emotional support. I also lead a maternal mental health initiative that brings mothers together in meaningful ways which build connection, healing, and shared knowledge across generations. I am especially passionate about improving birth outcomes and ensuring families feel informed, respected, and supported in every decision they make. My approach to birth is grounded in trust in the body, education, and advocacy which help parents feel safe, seen, and empowered no matter how their birth unfolds. I bring strong skills in emotional support, birth preparation education, and continuity of care, along with experience working in community settings that center Black maternal health and holistic, culturally responsive care. My goal is always to hold space where families feel both protected and empowered as they step into parenthood. Outside of birth work, I bring a warm, down-to-earth energy and love finding joy in the small things, whether that’s roller skating, music that sets the mood, or laughter that makes a hard day feel lighter. I believe joy is part of healing too, and I try to carry that into every space I’m in.

Carla is a true God send! I'm so grateful to have found her. I was searching for a doula because I needed someone to go into the labor/delivery room and advocate for me should things not go as planned. With her help and guidance, I was able to labor successfully at home, managing my own pain, and she was right there with me to welcome my little one into the world. After leaving the hospital, I struggled tremendously with breastfeeding. She knew how important it was to me so she wouldn't let me give up. Thanks to her wisdom and helpful tips, I successfully nursed my little one for a yr and a half! Thank you again!!

I live in OC with my three amazing children! If I’m not at a birth, you will find us at the beach surfing, playing, and enjoying the outdoors. I fell in love with all things birth when I became pregnant with my 1st child in 2008. As an avid reader and researcher, I made it my goal to learn everything I possibly could about the biology and physiology of birth, and how to have optimal health during and after pregnancy for both me and my baby. Like many first-time moms I have worked with, I had hesitations about giving birth to my 1st baby outside of a hospital setting. After all my research, classes, and conversations with midwives, I gained confidence in aiming for an unmedicated birthing experience. I found some lovely midwifes who had a midwifery ward in a hospital and gave birth to my 1st son unmedicated. Twenty-four hours of intense back labor from a posterior-positioned baby …but, I did it! My body actually did it! After birthing my first, statistically knowing it was the most challenging and longest labor, gave me confidence to choose home births for my second and third children. I had a successful home water birth with my second child and wanted to repeat that with my third. However, while laboring on the toilet with him, I suddenly dropped to my knees when he began to crown, and he became known as my bathroom floor “butter birth” baby :). Though I chose unmedicated births for myself, I do know it is not for everyone, which is more than OK! I quickly learned from my role as a doula that every woman’s body, medical history, and background are uniquely different. Many factors play into choosing the right birth for you. I am here to come alongside you, help you make an informed decision, and then support you every step of the way. I offer very personable and compassionate care. My approach is non-agenda-based, trauma-informed, and holistic-minded. No matter your history or past experiences, I am here to be a safe place for you. I will help educate, support, and advocate for you and your personal wishes. I look forward getting to know you and building a trusting relationship to where you feel 100% comfortable having me by your side for one of the biggest days of your life. 🙂 I am here for you! With over 20 years of experience as a doula, I am dedicated to supporting families with compassionate care, guidance, and advocacy through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My passion is helping parents feel confident, informed, and empowered during one of life’s most meaningful journeys. I am a certified Childbirth Educator, Lactation Counselor, Prenatal Yoga, and Infant Massage. I am also a Registered Nurse.

I used Wendy's services exclusively for my postpartum recovery. To begin, I want to share that I am a very private person. This is my second child (my first is three years old), and it has always been my husband and I caring for our children. I have never hired a babysitter because I am not comfortable inviting others into my home, and I tend to be very guarded. However, caring for two children on my own made my recovery slow and difficult, so I decided to try one session with Wendy to see if this type of support would be a good fit for me. Long story short, Wendy changed my life! She fully understood and respected my need for privacy and always made sure I felt comfortable. She was consistently punctual, professional, and attentive. She took the time to understand my home, my children, and my parenting style so she could proactively support me in genuinely helpful ways without ever overstepping my comfort zone. Most importantly, she helped create the space I needed to rest, heal, and recharge. She struck the perfect balance between giving me the privacy and quiet time I needed while also checking in and offering support whenever necessary. Most importantly, both my baby and my three-year-old absolutely ADORED Wendy. She was wonderful with children and made me feel completely comfortable entrusting them to her care. In fact, after her final session, my oldest was so sad to see her go that he begged her to come back and visit him. Wendy has a heart of gold. She is incredibly knowledgeable, a great listener, and a genuinely thoughtful and compassionate person. It was clear to me that this is more than just a job for her—it is her passion. I am beyond grateful that not only I, but also my children, had the opportunity to know Wendy. I highly recommend her as a postpartum doula during one of the most vulnerable and transformative periods in a woman's life. She was exactly the right person for my family, and I am confident she will be for yours as well.

Autonomy-Centered Birth, Faith-based Birth & Postpartum Doula for Sovereign, Physiological Birth | Serving LA & OC | Kaiser-Friendly Hi, I’m Teejay Casado — your local doula for LA and Orange Counties. I am happy to also assist doulas beyond this area virtually and will travel if necessary. I started founder of Temple & Terrain Birthworks — a faith-rooted birth and postpartum support and wellness service. I specialize in supporting women who desire physiological, low-intervention birth while preserving autonomy and informed consent in hospital or home settings. My clients are often: • Planning natural or low-intervention hospital births • Desiring delayed cord clamping, Golden Hour, or lotus birth • Seeking evidence-based advocacy within systems like Kaiser • Wanting sovereignty in their birth decisions (e.g. labor to start naturally, push when ready, informed consent for vaccinations) • Craving calm, grounded leadership during labor With a background in anthropology, I honor birth as both an ancient physiological process and a sacred rite of passage. I help mothers prepare not just physically — but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually — so they enter birth informed, steady, and confident. Whether birthing at Kaiser or elsewhere, I guide families in: • Protecting the Golden Hour • Navigating hospital dynamics with clarity • Minimizing unnecessary interventions • Preserving mother-baby bonding • Creating a peaceful postpartum integration My postpartum support is deeply restorative, focused on nervous system regulation, gentle bodywork, whole-food nourishment, and helping mothers feel seen — not just cared for. If you are seeking sovereign birth, calm leadership, and faith-rooted support without pressure — I would love to connect.

TeeJay is an absolute God sent. I met TeeJay through LoveLife Jess. I am a first time single parent who suffer from severe postpartum depression & anxiety after I had my daughter. I didn’t know how to navigate motherhood and didn’t have the strongest or healthiest support system. However, TeeJay has been that support I needed to push through a lot of my fears. I would’ve missed out a lot the first year of my daughter's life if it weren’t for TeeJay’s patience, love, & support.

My care philosophy is to provide physical, emotional, and informational support to the birthing person and their partners before, during and after labor and birth. I Value and respect the birthers intuition to birth in her best position. I can assist and educate successful breastfeeding. I teach and promote bonding activities between newborn, mother and family. I believe with a balance of evidence based practice, therapeutic and homeopathic approach along with the power of the mind and the capability to manifest an outcome that can be positive and empowering.

I worked with Marquiesa as our birth doula and it was the very best investment in my mental and physical health to support me during my birth and most importantly during my postpartum recovery. She deeply listens to understand and I never felt any sense of agenda, bias, or judgment on her part. From the very first meet and greet, she was invested in my input, preferences, and well-being. She is knowledgeable and practical - which has her always organized, professional, and reliable. These qualities combined with an approachable, humorous, and authentic personality made even the tougher moments of childbirth more manageable. I thought the hard part would be over after birth, but postpartum came with so many challenges , I don't know what I would've done without her support and knowledge . Marquiesa helped me navigate breast feeding , provided guidance for nourishing meals that boosted my supply , showed me the essentials like sanitizing bottles and helped me keep up with the daily tasks of a newborn so i wasn't so overwhelmed . I felt like with her as my doula i was taken care of both mentally and physically and i would recommend her for any doula needs. As some one who suffered from post partum depression i can't say enough about how much she helped me through my motherhood journey.

My family has been lucky enough to partner with AnneLisa during our postpartum journey. She is self proclaimed holistic and that term is just right. At night time, AnneLisa comes to your house and spends time checking in with the Mom and finding out any information about baby. She writes notes about her night with baby and shares with both parents. She ends her service by making a very large breakfast (her oatmeal lasted me at least 3 servings each time). During the daytime, she checks in on Mom again, and that can come as talking, French hair braiding or massage. She can also teach you newborn skills like how to take baby out for a walk, or how to bathe baby. On top of all this, AnneLisa partners with a wonderful woman in the insurance industry who can help you check to see what is covered and even help try and get reimbursements. If you’re looking for a doula, while I can only attest to her postpartum skills, I’m sure she’s amazing as a birth doula as well. I highly recommend working with AnneLisa.

Welcome! My name is Rose, and I'm a certified birth doula. I will accompany you in your pregnancy, labor and postpartum journey. I provide assistance during pregnancy and labor by giving parents the necessary information they need to make informed decisions about their care. I provide newborn assistance, information on childbirth education, breastfeeding, lactation and postpartum support. As a community doula I believe in healing the body. The reason many women do not heal during postpartum is because there are still many toxins trapped in their bodies that prevent them from healing. I work with mothers at whatever stage of emotional and physical support they need and provide them with the resources they need to feel empowered throughout this journey. I believe in holistic healing, ayurveda, essential oils, aromatherapy & yoga. I have lived in Taiwan and South Korea and have learned about traditional healing methods. My experience includes working with women from all walks of life and cultural backgrounds. This includes women who have experienced pregnancy loss, abortions, trauma and high-risk IVF procedures. I also speak Spanish and work with the Spanish speaking community. I hold a Master's Degree in Education and a Certified Birth Doula certification. I really enjoy teaching couples and enhancing their knowledge about pregnancy & labor. Unlike other doulas, I bring a strong background in healthcare working in acute hospitals in the nursing department. Although I am not a nurse, my background includes ER, ICU, medicine & surgery, mental health, rehabilitation, post rehab and sub-acute units. I am also trained as a medication technician which allows me to understand the different types of medications that are given to patients in hospitals. I've worked in a variety of hospital settings and have the necessary experience to deliver bedside nursing skills. I accept several forms of insurance across California. Contact me today!
