I need help getting through labor unmediated. I’m still doing research of what I’d like in my birth plan. I know I want delayed cord clamping and immediate skin to skin. I would like to have the birth as natural as possible. I have Tricare prime.

I plan to have an unmedicated birth in a hospital. I would love to labor in water (ideally water birth but I believe they do not allow that in my required hospital). I am unsure of budget, just looking around right now. I want my birth to be as natural as possible, low intervention, working hard to avoid tearing and just creating a calm enviornment.
