Hello! My name is Yasmine, and I’m a postpartum doula based in the San Francisco Bay Area. I have a background in psychology, which deeply informs the way I support families during the transition into parenthood. I believe the postpartum period deserves just as much care and attention as pregnancy and birth, and my goal is to help parents feel supported, confident, and cared for during this time. I provide practical and emotional support to families as they adjust to life with a newborn. This can include newborn care guidance, feeding support, helping parents get the rest they need, and creating a calm and nurturing environment during the early weeks after birth. My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and centered around meeting each family’s unique needs. I’m passionate about helping parents feel empowered and supported as they recover, bond with their baby, and find their rhythm as a family.

I provide compassionate postpartum doula support to help families adjust to life with a newborn. My services include newborn care guidance, feeding support (breastfeeding or bottle feeding), soothing techniques, sleep support, and helping parents get the rest they need. I also assist with light household tasks related to baby care, meal preparation, sibling adjustment, and emotional support for parents during the early postpartum weeks. My goal is to create a calm, nurturing environment where families feel confident, supported, and cared for during this important transition.
