Hello Lovely! My name is Z! I'm a Birth and Postpartum Doula currently getting my certification with CBI (Childbirth International) I'm based in the Phoenix City/Mesa Area and willing to travel to Chandler, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Glendale! I'm here to help all mothers and birthing people have a beautiful and safe birth experience and make those first days as parents go smoothly.

Service introduction

Each of my Full Birth Experience Packages consists of at least one prenatal visit, Labor and Birth Support, 24/7 call and text support one month before the determined due date, and at least 2 hours of postpartum care! Extra services include more Postpartum hours, a Prenatal Massage, and additional Prenatal visits.

Postpartum Shift
Each shift is a fixed amount of 4 hours. During Postpartum hours I will make sure that you are well and taken care of and only help with the baby if you want me to. My focus during postpartum is your health and the chores. That includes Laundry, tidying up the room/nursery, securing food for you and baby, helping with changes and baths if asked to, and general clean up.

Prenatal Massage
As you will read in my service agreement, I am not a licensed massage therapist. I provide this service as a surface-level massage for daily pains such as foot pain, shoulder pain, and lower back pain during pregnancy.
$75.00
USD Per hour
Labor and Birth Support
This package includes call/text, and Labor and Birth support when labor starts till the birth of baby. I will be there to help set up a calm environment, keep you as comfortable as possible during labor, work through contractions, and Advocate for your wants and needs during your birth experience.
