About me

My name is Zoë, I am a birth and postpartum doula specializing in BIPOC and PCOS communities, servicing LA/Orange County. With @foreveryoursdoula services, my mission is to provide knowledge, resources, comfort, and a safe space for women to enjoy this life changing journey, in bliss, ease, and love, and to challenge any and all racial disparities in the healthcare system disrupting that. My goal is to also make sure that every mother has the support needed leading up to and during the postpartum period, to allow them to peacefully transition into motherhood and let their self care and bond with their baby be the main focus. Service introduction

I offered both birth and postpartum support. My birth package prepares soon to be parents for the birth/labor process with relaxation methods, education on labor progressions, positions, and interventions to be aware of, 3rd trimester nutrition tips, a guided birth preparation journal, breastfeeding course, and much more. I also help address any discomfort during their pregnancies, and how to cope with or manage them. My postpartum services include a postpartum care kit, newborn care support (daytime/overnight), nursery organization, baby laundry, meal prep, light house work, feeding assistance, baby soothing, etc.
