Listen to my body - [ ] No episiotomy unless emergency - [ ] Dim lights - [ ] Move around. Medicine ball. Plan to give birth at home 1,000-2,000 My ideal birth plan is to have a calm, natural, and low-intervention birth. I would like to labor and give birth at home, where I feel most comfortable and relaxed. I want to be able to move around freely, walk, change positions, and listen to my body throughout labor. I would like a birth pool I prefer to have an unmedicated birth and would like to avoid an epidural or other pain medications. Obviously if circumstances change I am open to being flexible as my safety and my baby’s come first
