I am more than happy to work with your insurance company, although most do not offer coverage for doula services at this time. I bring a relaing atmosphere to every birth I attend. You deserve to feel supported, seen and heard in your birthing experience. I bring information so that you can make informed decisions, caring support so that you have what you need, when you need it, I support your birth partner so that they too can be a help and support to you. I bring comfort measures that can help in the labor process. I really enjoy supporting you in you in your choices for your birth. 😊

Finally, a Walk Club for expectant parents and newer parents in the KC area! The Natural Moms Walk Club is for anyone expecting a baby or new parents of babies or toddlers. A community of parents getting out of the house, meeting up, nurturing community, and getting some exercise! We meet at Meadowbrook Park in Prairie Village at the Big Pavilion at 7pm on Friday evening, 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month. This Walk Club is sponsored by The Joyful Doula and The Better Birth Podcast.
