I am Ana Marie + Woman + Birthkeeper + Childbirth Educator + Globe trotter Primal Birth Vision Primal Birth was founded on the belief that the way we birth matters. Birth is not an emergency. I consider this work an inherent calling and am committed to honoring & bearing witness to this sacred rite of passage. My offerings were created with the intention to support individuals who desire to fully embody their pregnancy through autonomy, intuition & knowledge with the support of a nurturing community.

I offer services that cover the entire continuum of women's health. From conception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum & pregnancy loss, my offerings were created with the intention to provide honor all of life's cycles. My services include: birthkeeper, childbirth education, placenta encapsulation, postpartum meals/doula services, postpartum meals, herbal blends and birth photography.

In-person prenatal appointments (2-3 visits) On-Call (24/7) starting at 38 weeks Available back-up support on-call 24/7 starting at 38 weeks Continuous labor support through immediate postpartum Handmade nourishing meal provided immediately after labor Postpartum visits with a nutritious meal & handmade herbal tea blends (1-2 visits) 6 weeks of postpartum phone/text support Referrals to community resources The Labor Blueprint course can be added to this offering and incorporated into prenatal meetings as desired Up to 6 edited birth photos if desired

Primal Postpartum Support

Postpartum looks different for every body, but the need for community support is essential. The intention of this offering is to provide extra support and nourishment during this transitional stage. 1-2 postpartum planning sessions (typically 1-2hr home visit) Emotional support (e.g. birth story processing) Infant support: Lactation, feeding, & newborn care. Nutrition: Offering of nutritious prenatal & postpartum meals delivered to your refrigerator Household: Light housekeeping, errand running & sibling or pet care. Basics of Infant Massage: Soothing massage techniques. Hands on instruction for parent to infant connection. *Payment plans & reduced fees are available* Daytime: $40/hr Nighttime: $45/hr
