While I am not yet a mother myself, I am a proud aunt of many, natural doula, and caretaker with decades of hands on experience. Labor and Birth Support

*2-4 prenatal meetings, each lasting up to 3 hours, totaling 12 hours of in-person or virtual prenatal assistance *24/7 on-call availability via text, email, or phone from 38 weeks until labor *Continuous support during labor * 1 postpartum meeting offering up to 2 hours of postpartum assistance *Digital copies of educational packets on Pregnancy, Postpartum, Infant Feeding, and basic care. (physical copies available upon request) *Access to referrals for additional support as needed. *Travel up to 2 hours from North Adams MA.

Comprehensive Postpartum Support

*In-Person Support: - Four postpartum meetings, totaling 16 hours of personalized assistance. *Educational Resources: - Digital copies of Postpartum and Baby Feeding educational packets. - Physical copies available upon request. *Nutritious Meal Preparation: - Options for freezing for quick reheating or freshly made. *Herbal Blends: - Customized blends for strengthening tea or healing sitz bath soaks. * Household support: - Grocery shopping. - Light housekeeping. - Laundry * Childcare: - Support with newborn + sibling care *Resources and Referrals: - Access to a network of valuable resources. *Emotional Support *Travel up to two hours from North Adams MA This comprehensive package is designed to provide holistic support, addressing nutritional, emotional, and practical needs during the postpartum period. Extended postpartum and Family Care Services

Family care services are a blend of extended postpartum support and nannying care. Family doula care is perfect for families navigating the transition from parental leave back to work, or at any point along your postpartum journey. These services are offered on an hourly basis for no less than 4 hours at a time. In this role, I offer: *Emotional support to parents *Loving and conscious care for child(ren), *Care of the household, including light dishes, tidying, laundry assistance, and meal prep. *This may also include overnight support which consists of feeding, changing, laundry and meal prep. *Travel up to two hours away from North Adams Ma. Any overnight support over an hour away will require a two consecutive day minimum commitment. *Overnight support fee increases by $10.

What to expect

I offer comprehensive support packages tailored to various stages of the childbirth journey. My Labor and Birth Support Package includes extensive prenatal meetings, continuous labor support, and postpartum assistance, along with educational materials and referrals. The Comprehensive Postpartum Support Package offers personalized in-person support, nutritional meal preparation, herbal blends, childcare assistance, and emotional support during the postpartum period. Additionally, I provide Extended Postpartum and Family Care Services, offering emotional support to parents, childcare, household assistance, and overnight care. I also provide placenta encapsulation along with other mementos created from the placenta and umbilical cord. My flexible payment plans and pay what you can options ensure accessibility. I accept a variety of payment methods including MassHealth insurance.
