Hospital birth, Looking for insurance coverage, and I am looking for no medication/low intervention birth.

This will be my first child. So all the knowledge and support I can get would be great. I plan on giving birth in the hospital. My estimated budget is less than $2000. I still need to create my birth plan.

Currently plan to give birth at Henry Ford Wyandotte with Dr. Al-Jerdi. Budget $1000-1500 to include 1-2 prenatal visits, birth, and a postnatal visit. Would like someone knowledgeable about lactation support. Birth plan is not too detailed yet - prefer not to be induced, no pitocin, and avoiding c section. Possibly unmedicated, open to epidural if needed at the time but would like to try without and be able to move around. Really looking for someone to help during the birth with positioning and guiding the process as well as providing back up with speaking to doctors about our wishes in the moment.
