As a doula, my goal is to ensure that you are an active participant in decisions surrounding your labor rather than your labor happening to you. We will do this through education, support and advocacy. Looking forward to helping you achieve the birth of your dreams!
As a birth doula, I offer support through pregnancy into the early postpartum period. You will have 24/7 text access from when e sign a contract until you give birth. We will do 2 prenatal visits prior to labor and I will be with you through labor into recovery. I can provide you with educational articles so you can ensure you are making the best decisions for you and your baby!
