I'm the heart behind Graceful Doula Birth & Fitness- a Doula and Fitness Guide here to support you through your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I provide hands-on, compassionate, evidence-based care through every stage. Whether you're preparing for birth, navigating labor, or recovering after baby, as your doula, I'm here to help you feel informed, supported, and never alone. Along with birth support, I offer safe, effective fitness tailored for both pregnancy and postpartum. Whether you want to stay active during pregnancy or rebuild strength after birth, I'll guide you with the right movements for your body. My goal is simple: to help you feel strong, calm, confident, in your body and choices. You were made for this, and I'll be walking by your side.

Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

birth package

This includes 3 prenatal sessions and 2 postpartum visits. We will go over childbirth education, a session to work on the pregnant momma, including forms of massage, and a session of birth prep.

$1,600 USD · Flat rate

prenatal and postpartum personal training.

Tailored personal training for the pregnant and postpartum momma. maintain strength, build muscle, progress through stability, and lengthen your pelvic floor in pregnancy. regain strength, lose weight, strengthen your pelvic floor, dive deep in breath work, and core strength in postpartum. The price of the session will depend on the number of sessions you purchase. The bigger the package, the lower it is per session.
