We live in Jersey City and would like some local, with strong certifications and experience.

Hospital, budget is low I was hoping it would be covered through insurance. I have Cigna. Birth plan is vaginal delivery with a faster recovery. I want an epidural. Doula would need to have some experience and speak English. Familiar with Jewish law is a plus.
