Hi, I'm Becca, a Certified Birth Doula also offering postpartum support. I believe you should feel safe, informed, and supported throughout this experience. I offer a knowledgeable perspective and a calm, steady presence in the birth space. I can help you explore your options, prepare questions for your provider, understand what to expect in labor, and settle into those first weeks at home. Through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum, I'm here to be a source of comfort and a grounding presence, a place where you can be held through some of your most vulnerable moments. Caring for you also means caring for the person beside you. I want your partner, or whoever you choose to have close, to feel capable, included, and connected. When I'm not talking someone's ear off about birth, you'll probably find me out in Brooklyn, where I live with my two cats. I'm a people person who loves to connect and get into the raw realness of whatever life brings. I spend my time seeking out live music, art, and theater, reading on the subway, and getting outside whenever I can.

I offer holistic, personalized support through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. My work brings together evidence-informed education, emotional support, and practical, hands-on care to help families feel more prepared, supported, and grounded as they navigate the transition into parenthood. Through labor preparation sessions, I help families understand the stages of labor, explore comfort measures and coping strategies, and prepare to advocate for their needs. During postpartum, I offer daytime and overnight support, helping families care for their newborns while prioritizing rest, recovery, feeding, and their own well-being. I also offer postpartum preparation sessions and birth reflection visits, creating space to prepare for the realities of early parenthood and to process the birth experience afterward. At the heart of my work is a deep respect for the complexity of this life transition. I recognize that joy, uncertainty, vulnerability, and strength can coexist, and that families deserve support that makes room for all of it. My approach is grounded in compassionate presence, individualized care, and a belief that no one should have to navigate this transformative experience alone.
