First baby due September 21st. i would like an unmedicated birth. and someone to guide me through the birthing process such as helping with comfort, stretches, safe pregnancy, and pregnancy positions that prevent tearing.

Looking for a doula for L&D. My last experience was without one and I feel having an experienced advocate in the room will be helpful. I want someone to help me feel supported and help me voice my preferences / needs during. Having a vaginal birth with minimal intervention is important to me. I’d love to birth at home but husband prefers we do hospital so we’ll be doing York wellspan hospital. Budget is $500-1100, and birth plan is as above, and limiting iv fluids, limiting induction interventions and avoiding C-section when able, and birthing in positions other than on back and legs up. Golden hour. Set up for best success with breastfeeding. Etc

It is my first child and we would like to do a hospital birth that have the assistance and guidance/support from a doula. Hoping to have a doula to advocate for me to give me the highest chances of having a natural birth without c section.

We live in Hanover, plan to birth in Carlisle. Looking for a home birth experience in a hospital setting. Unmedicated if possible, with minimal intervention. History of infertility and loss. Strong personality and need someone who can work with that. Looking for prenatal, birth and postpartum support. Experience with breastfeeding, baby wearing and cloth diapers is a plus. Definitely want someone with experience in movement techniques to optimize baby's positioning. My insurance covers 1200 per year and we can go a bit above that. Bonus points if we can split billing or do a visit in the new year to use both years benefits. Insurance requires a tax ID number and an invoice.

Would like to experience a possible homebirth and would like coaching as well as delivery. I had my first son in hospital and wish it was a more personal experience. I want to feel confident and not fearful at all going into labor delivery and postpartum.. I probably will need a little help with postpartum as well as some parental coaching to balance going from one child to two.

Going birth at a women’s and babies hospital facility. I am unsure of a budget. I would like to try to give birth naturally, but epidural is not off the table completely, no C-section unless medically necessary. Delayed cord clamping. I plan to give birth at Christiana Care in northern Delaware. I’d like to find a doula that takes my insurance and can provide the 3 prenatal, 3 postnatal visits and labor/delivery support. I’m going to be a first time, single mom by choice and am not sure who, if anyone, will be in the delivery room with me and I’d like an advocate and someone I trust to help support and help me understand what is going on and my choices in real time. I’ve also never given birth before so someone that can help me figure out what to expect, what should even be included in a birth plan and what choices or things I should consider. I’m an older mom so someone with alot of experience is appreciated, but I value personality matching and a good fit more. As a single mom I will be happy for any and all additional help someone can provide, I anticipate being very overwhelmed those first few weeks. In-Network with Highmark BCBS is a must. I'm looking for a doula in training to provide free or reduced-cost support for my upcoming birth. I live in York Haven, PA and will be delivering at York Hospital. My due date is September 10. This is my second birth. I'm hoping for a vaginal, unmedicated birth, though I don't have a full birth plan written out yet. I'd also love support with placenta encapsulation/assistance after the birth of possible. I'm planning to leave work before my due date, so I don't have income coming in right now, which is why I'm looking for a doula who's still building experience and needs practice hours — I'd be glad to be one of your clients as you work toward certification. My budget is free to very low cost. I'm open to a doula who can support labor, postpartum, or both.
