I’m a first time mom who would like someone that is experienced in birth center and hospital births. I am in a same sex relationship with my wife of 10 years. I’m looking for someone who is familiar with working with African American women. I would like someone that I can feel comfortable with and help keep my anxiety to a minimum.

First baby due September 21st. i would like an unmedicated birth. and someone to guide me through the birthing process such as helping with comfort, stretches, safe pregnancy, and pregnancy positions that prevent tearing.

I am looking for someone who can help aid my in my 2nd pregnancy as an advocate for a potential VBAC. My first delivery was an induction and would like to be avoided if possible this time around. I plan to give birth in a hospital with as little medical intervention as possible. I am also looking for someone who takes insurance.

Hello, This is my first pregnancy, for both of us. I would consider myself to be relatively low-risk and fit to carry. I am looking for a midwife to oversee my baby and our progress, as well as a Doula for birth and some pregnancy guidance. I have a history of anxiety and depression as it relates to PTSD, so I like to talk things out as they progress. I am interested in a natural birth, perhaps in water, or an at home situation. We have a budget of what insurance can cover and about 150 a month more. I want my partner there for the birth, in a very chill, spiritually ambient environment. Thank you!

We live in Hanover, plan to birth in Carlisle. Looking for a home birth experience in a hospital setting. Unmedicated if possible, with minimal intervention. History of infertility and loss. Strong personality and need someone who can work with that. Looking for prenatal, birth and postpartum support. Experience with breastfeeding, baby wearing and cloth diapers is a plus. Definitely want someone with experience in movement techniques to optimize baby's positioning. My insurance covers 1200 per year and we can go a bit above that. Bonus points if we can split billing or do a visit in the new year to use both years benefits. Insurance requires a tax ID number and an invoice.

I plan to give birth at Howard County General Hospital that is connected with Johns Hopkins. My OB is through Capital Women's Care in Fulton/Maple Lawn, and the OBs rotate there. I had a c-section December 2022, and I believe I was pressured into this when it was unnecessary based on speaking with doctors, friends, and family since. I want a VBAC. I do not have a large budget. I'm trying to figure out how my doulas cost. My family is willing to help a little thankfully. I'm guestimating my budget is $2k. I want someone that will advocate for me, encourage me, and help me to have a VBAC, as last time I was continually pressured to have, and my husband could not advocate for me to keep going and trying. I felt guilty about his anxieties for me, which led me to take an unnecessary and harder process of the c-section, and ended up being much scarier for both of us.
