Birth plan- yes to golden hour, cord clamping delayed, yes to all necessary vaccines, yes to circumcision. Willing to try N2O but no IV pain medications. Yes to epidural if hypno-birthing Is not going well & yes to c-section IF ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.

My goal is to have a positive, empowering birth experience. While I would like to labor naturally for as long as possible, I am open to pain management options, including an epidural, if needed.
