My birth and postpartum philosophies are very clear: everything you need to know is already inside you. Your instincts and physiology were designed for this, but sometimes you need someone to gently show you the way and teach you how to reconnect with them! Through my services, I aim to empower you, inform you with true, unbiased information, and nurture the mother so she can nurture her baby.

Birth Doula Package
Includes one free consultation, one intake meeting, four prenatal meetings, nutritional counseling, optional attendance of doctor’s visits, available via Tracy throughout pregnancy, on call for birth, assistance in immediate postpartum with breastfeeding assistance/fetal bonding/well woman care, and 2 postpartum visits within 6 weeks after birth.

Postpartum Doula Package
Includes one free consultation, one intake meeting, physical support for maternal recovery, guided newborn care, nourishing meal prep and cooking, light housework, emotional support and guidance, and breastfeeding assistance available up to 6 weeks after birth. 25 hours minimum required to fill.
