I’m Kait, a Toronto-based (but very mobile!), DONA International-trained doula who is ready to support you throughout pregnancy, birth, and beyond! I have a strong passion for pregnancy, birth, babies, and supporting new parents, and my patience, care, and understanding nature are what set me apart. I will always listen without judgement and be here to advocate for you and your family. Once baby is born, I will continue to provide you with educational support as well as encouragement and emotional support as you become acquainted with your baby. My first language is English, but I can also support you in conversational French, Portuguese, and basic Italian! I'm with you from start to finish, which means from whenever you sign until the end of the fourth trimester, to help any and every way I can.
