This comprehensive package offers full support for you and your partner during pregnancy and birth. As your birth doula, my goal is to empower, guide, and support you throughout this sacred journey, ensuring that you feel confident and cared for every step of the way. What’s included: Pregnancy: • Initial consult to discuss your birth goals and vision • Unlimited communication and support via phone and text • 24/7 on-call availability starting at 37 weeks • Access to a personal library of educational resources • Two in-person prenatal meetings to explore birth desires, coping techniques, labor tools, and postpartum planning Labor: • Physical, emotional, and informational support for both you and your partner • Assistance at your chosen birth location • Cultivation of your desired labor environment • Coaching through each stage of labor • Photos and videos (if desired) Postpartum: • 1-2 hours of immediate postpartum care • Initial breastfeeding support • One postpartum visit to celebrate your baby’s arrival, discuss any concerns, and provide guidance on newborn care This package is designed to provide continuous, personalized support, ensuring that you feel empowered and prepared for a positive birth experience.

We cannot say enough good things about Caitlin! She was amazing. She made the experience so calm and stress free, she would step in when my husband got tired (😅) she was as hands on/off as I wanted and the items she brought with her to make the hospital dreamy/cozy was awesome! She was there for anything I needed. A super selfless doula and genuinely cares about you & birth!!! Can’t recommend her enough! You won’t regret it!
