I’m blessed with a wonderful, supportive husband, five amazing kids, and a few adorable grandchildren. My happiest moments are spent with my family—whether we’re going out to eat, enjoying a good movie together, or dancing the night away. For many years, I found myself in labor and delivery rooms, supporting family members, friends, and even friends of friends. Sometimes, people assumed I was there to translate, but most of the time, I was simply there to help and offer comfort.
