About me

I’m a Certified Newborn Care Specialist with nearly 7 years of childcare experience and a special passion for caring for newborns and infants. Throughout my career, I’ve supported families through both daytime and overnight care, and the newborn stage has always been one of my favorites. I find it amazing to watch babies grow and develop so quickly, from learning their individual cues and personalities to seeing the little milestones they reach along the way. I understand that welcoming a new baby can be both exciting and overwhelming, and I love being able to support parents during this transition. My goal is to provide a calm, loving, and safe environment for their baby while also helping parents feel confident and supported in their new role. I enjoy sharing the knowledge and experience I’ve gained over the years, while always respecting each family’s preferences and parenting style. Most importantly, I want parents to feel safe, comfortable, and reassured knowing their little one is in caring and experienced hands.

Overnight Newborn Care

Overnight newborn care designed to support both baby and parents during the early weeks and months. Care includes nighttime feedings, diaper changes, burping, soothing and settling, safe sleep support, and monitoring baby’s cues and comfort throughout the night. I also wash and sanitize bottles and pump parts, keep baby’s area organized, and provide detailed overnight logs of feedings, sleep, and diaper changes. I’m comfortable supporting breastfeeding and bottle-feeding families, safely handling breast milk and formula, and caring for babies experiencing common discomforts such as gas and reflux.

Caroline provided night nanny care for our 2 month old over the course of 3 months. Caroline is an incredibly warm and thoughtful nanny and receptive to feedback. We fully trusted Caroline with the overnight care of our newborn. The only reason we parted ways was because our son began to sleep through an entire night and we felt it unnecessary to have overnight support.

Carolina was a wonderful caregiver for our son between the age of 8 months and when he started preschool. Carolina was extremely kind, nurturing, and patient with him as he progressed through all the infant to early toddler milestones. She was always very hands on with him, as they spent their time reading books, playing with toys, going on walks, and short trips to the library or the park. Our son adored her and we were sad to part ways. I would recommend her to any family seeking care for their children.

Caroline has been our family assistant for more than 2 years and she is fantastic. She is highly professional in interactions and does not need specific instructions. i.e she is resourceful and figures things out. She is dependable regarding her commitments and proactive in communication. She is also very trustworthy and lets herself in when we are not home. She has 6.5 years experience as a nanny and very warm & personable.
