What does an overnight with you typically look like?

I care for your newborn throughout the night, including feeding, diapering, soothing, burping, bottle preparation and cleaning, and helping maintain the routines parents prefer. My goal is to give parents as much uninterrupted rest as possible while keeping their baby safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

Will you follow our feeding and sleep preferences?

Absolutely. I work with each family’s preferences and routines rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I’m comfortable supporting bottle feeding, breastfeeding families, combination feeding, and age-appropriate sleep routines.

Will you wake me during the night?

That depends entirely on your preferences and feeding plan. Some parents want to be woken for feeds, while others prefer pumped milk or formula so they can sleep. We can decide together what works best for your family. I can keep a simple overnight log of feeds, diapers, sleep, and anything notable so you know exactly how the night went without needing to stay awake.

What tasks are included during overnight care?

My focus is newborn-related care. This can include bottles and pump-part cleaning, light newborn laundry, restocking the changing area, and keeping baby-related spaces organized when time allows.
