Birth Doula Support
- 2 prenatal visits (up to 2 hours each)
- Personalized packing list, birth plan, etc.
- On-call from 38 weeks to birth, ongoing text/ phone support
- Up to 12 hours of in-person labor & delivery support
- Back-up doula available if needed
- 1 postpartum visit (up to 2 hours)
- Small birth photo package
Birth Photography
-On-call from 38 weeks through delivery -Thoughtful, non-disruptive photos of the birth experience -Edits (often in B&W) to showcase beautiful, intimate moments of labor and delivery -Digital album, typically 50 photos -Notes & time stamps to help create birth story *Price is discounted if combined with Birth Doula package*
Fresh 48 Photography
-Relaxed photoshoot scheduled as soon after birth as preferred, at hospital or home -Photos of early moments bonding with new baby, can include siblings -Lifestyle, minimal staging -Edits to capture intimacy and authenticity of newborn -Digital album, typically 35 + photos
Prenatal or Postpartum Consultation
-In-person or virtual meeting to talk through pregnancy, birth, or postpartum concerns, fears, goals, etc. -Create a personalized birth plan -Create a postpartum plan -Hospital bag packing or home birth set-up support -postpartum support (breastfeeding, healing, recovery, nutrition tips, etc.)
What to expect
Prenatal support including but not limited to: -nutrition tips -preparation for prenatal appointments, tests, etc. -creating a birth plan -creating a hospital bag packing list -creating a birth playlist Labor support including: -positioning tips for optimal labor, pushing, and delivery -Comfort tools including massage roller, essential oil scents, battery lights, portable speaker, fan, etc. -Comfort measures including counter pressure, breathing techniques, etc. Postpartum support including: -Breastfeeding tips -mental / emotional health discussions and tips Birth and Fresh 48 photography
