About me
Hi, I’m a DONA International-trained birth doula. My passion runs deep for supporting families through pregnancy and birth. With a Master’s degree in Social Work and three years of experience as a family advocate, I bring a calm, informed, and compassionate approach to every birth space. I’ve attended both home and hospital births and believe every family deserves to feel seen, heard, and empowered in their journey. Outside of work, I am a mom to 3 boys and love spending my time outdoors in nature.

Casey is truly gifted when it comes to caring for and supporting moms postpartum. She has a natural ability to give, nurture, and advocate in ways that make you feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for (I’d say during birth too, but my son wasn’t waiting for anyone 😉). From making sure I had electrolytes at my bedside, to advocating for me to keep my placenta (valued at $50,000 🤣), to even taking her nephew grocery shopping so I could rest and heal—she goes above and beyond in every way. Casey’s care is intentional, thoughtful, and deeply appreciated. This is clearly her divine gift, and I’m so grateful for her support. I’m excited to see all that the future holds for her!

I contacted Casey very last minute, due to hiccup with the doula i originally scheduled with. Casey was more than willing to provide her services to me, right away! She was readily available and even excited to create my birth plan. While creating my birth plan, Casey was also able to education me. I had birthing options available, which was something I didn’t know I had. Those options truly shaped the most beautiful birthing experience for both me and my baby! Prior to babies arrival, Casey was available on the spot for emotional and in person support! I could call or text her at any time of any day, which was extremely comforting! When it was time for baby to make his grand entrance, Casey had everything we needed ready to go & was at the hospital quicker then I knew she could be! There, she walked me through each contraction both physically and mentally. She made sure my birth plan was followed and that I was as comfortable as I could be, the whole time. Casey also captured some of the most precious moments I had after birthing my baby. Birthing a baby is painful, yes, but having Casey there as my Doula really helped make every moment as special as I hoped it would be! My overall experience was something I will forever cherish and be thankful for! If you’re looking for a Doula who is passionate, patient, caring and kind, Casey is your girl!
