About me

Hi there! I would be delighted to be your doula in all things pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. But before we get there, here’s some info about me. I have a daughter who was brought into the world with an induction and vaginal birth and I have an amazing husband. In my spare time I crochet, sew, dance, and read. I am grateful to have the opportunity to work with great families and greet new babies on their birthday!

Service introduction

•Complimentary 60-minute consultation • 2-5 90-minute prenatal meetings: Discussing your ideal birth, review what to expect when it's "Go Time", create a labor and delivery preference plan, explore options for optimized comfort during labor, and to help make a game plan of introducing your new roommate to their home. • Prenatal support to answer questions, and provide resources relating to pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum • Up to 120 minutes of postpartum support immediately following birth to provide comfort and to support bonding • Doula support to create a comfortable and safe atmosphere for your birthing space • Photographs of labor, delivery, and postpartum if desired (on smartphone) • One postpartum visit to check in and discuss how the adjustment period is going (virtual or in person) • Up to 12 weeks of virtual postpartum support
