Service introduction

I offer birth and postpartum support. You can choose a birth package which includes 2-4 prenatals, the labor/birth, and 2-4 postpartum visits. Or if you have already had a baby, or are looking for only postpartum support I offer as many 1-4 hour visits, depending on availability and these can consist of light housekeeping, making or bringing meals, help with meal prep, providing resources, someone to talk to, care for your baby while you nap/shower/etc.
