About me

Hello, hello~ My name is Chanel Shows (she/they) and I am doula, childbirth educator, and bodyfeeding/infant feeding educator providing support throughout Phoenix, AZ and surrounding areas. Since 2018, I have received training from Sista Midwife Productions, The B.L.A.C.K Course, Cihuapactli Collective and in community. Outside of birthwork, I enjoy diving into fermentation projects, spending time with loved ones, and expanding my knowledge in current hyperfixations. I feel deep gratitude for the ability to do this work in supporting people throughout pregnancy, birth, lactation, postpartum and beyond.

Currently, my offerings include: birth support, postpartum support, overnight postpartum support, nourishment and meal preparation, bodyfeeding and lactation support, childbirth education, lactation education, and returning to work support.
