About me

Hey! I'm Charise 🙂 Your local Lebanon, OR doula. I started my doula journey after hearing a lot of birth stories where mom's weren't informed, supported or listened to. Because I had my own experience with birth doulas, OBs and midwives, I knew this didn't have to be the norm for every woman. So last year, I launched Charise Blodgett Doula Care. My goal as your birth doula is to help you go into labor and delivery feeling knowledgeable and informed. I want you to feel confident in making decisions for you and your baby(ies). As you postpartum doula, I want you to feel comfortable providing care for your baby(ies) and have the physical, mental and emotional support you need as you transition into motherhood.

Service introduction

As a birth and postpartum doula, I provide pre-birth planning, birth support and postpartum support. My desire as your doula is to provide you the information to help you make the best decision for you, your baby and your family.

Birth Doula Services
-2 prenatal visits (1 hour each) -Labor and birth support -1 postpartum visit (1 hour) -Support via text, call or email throughout contract -On-call for labor and birth support from 37 weeks to 42 weeks

Postpartum Doula Services
-Postpartum planning meeting (1 hour) -Three 4 hour visits to provide: ~ Feeding support ~ Maternal recovery support ~ Household support ~ Infant care & education This package starts out with a minimum of 12 hours total, but hours may be added on as needed.
