This includes: 2 prenatal visits where we'll dive deep into your birth preferences, create a tailored birth plan, practice comfort measures, explore valuable resources, and more. This is our time to connect, ensuring I understand your unique needs and values for your birth. Ongoing Educational support and resources throughout pregnancy. 24/7 on-call support to attend your labor and birth. Labor support where I will guide you with effective birthing techniques for relaxation, focused thoughts, and controlled breathing, fostering a calmer birth experience. I will bring clear advocacy in the room offering a continuous presence. Immediate postpartum support following birth. A postpartum visit within the first 3 weeks after birth to process your birth story, discuss basic newborn care, and to provide referrals and resources for your postpartum journey.

Only available for families welcoming a subsequent baby or have a planned cesarean birth. Ask me about how a doula can still bring so much value to your c-section birth. A prenatal visit where we'll dive deep into your birth preferences, create a tailored plan, practice comfort techniques, explore valuable resources, and more. This is our time to connect, ensuring I understand your unique needs and values for your birth. Ongoing Educational support via phone and email throughout pregnancy. 24/7 on-call support to attend your labor and birth. Empowering labor support where I will guide you with effective birthing techniques for relaxation, focused thoughts, and controlled breathing, fostering a calmer birth experience. I will bring clear advocacy in the room offering a continuous presence and supporting your wishes to the birth team. Up to two hours of immediate postpartum support following birth. A postpartum visit within the first 3 weeks after birth to process your birth story, discuss basic newborn care, and to provide referrals and resources for your postpartum journey.
