Hi friend! I'm Bianca, brand new to Texas, originally from Philly. I am a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS), Full Spectrum Doula and am currently working toward my Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) and Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C). My work really sits at the intersection of clinical support, lived experience, and hands-on, activity-based care.  I’m also a breastfeeding mom of two little boys under five, so on any given day, I’m also a dinosaur trainer and a fully operational milk factory. My professional career supporting families began in 1999 as a childbirth educator and birth doula, an experience that has laid the foundation of Newborn Mother Care. Through the years my focus shifted to supporting the mother during postpartum.
