Hi, I’m Courtney an evidence based certified lactation counselor, and mom to a singleton and a set of twins. I’ve breastfed all three of my children for over a year, and through that experience, I found my true calling: helping new mothers feel confident, supported, and empowered in their postpartum journey. Feeding your baby is deeply personal, and I’m here to help you find what works best for your family. Whether that’s breastfeeding, formula feeding, pumping, or a combination. My priority is helping you feel informed and supported every step of the way. I bring patience, compassion, and a listening ear to every visit. A focused prenatal session designed to help you feel confident before your baby arrives. We review how milk supply is formed, what to expect in the first 72 hours, how to recognize hunger and fullness cues, and what a comfortable latch should feel like. We’ll discuss pumping, paced bottle feeding, supplementation when needed, and early red flags to watch for. You’ll leave with a personalized feeding plan and practical strategies to support your newborn’s feeding journey.
